The Church Began Recording The Album In Los Angeles In 1987 With Producers Waddy Wachtel And Greg Ladanyi. The Band Was Influenced By The Psychedelic Rock Sound Of The 1960s And Incorporated It Into Their Music For "Starfish". The Album Featured The Hit Single "Under The Milky Way", Which Became The Band's Biggest Hit In The Us, Reaching #24 On The Billboard Hot 100 Chart.
