Signed 2000 LP original with insert. Afu-Ra's debut album "Body of the Life Force" was released in 2000, marking a significant entry into the late '90s and early 2000s New York hip-hop scene. Known for his affiliation with the Gang Starr Foundation, Afu-Ra had previously made appearances on tracks by Jeru the Damaja, and his own album benefitted from production by some of the era's most respected beatmakers, including DJ Premier, Da Beatminerz, and True Master.
