The self-titled "Fishbone" EP, released in 1985, marked the explosive debut of the Los Angeles-based band Fishbone. Arriving during a fertile era for alternative music, the record introduced Fishbone’s singular fusion of ska, punk, funk, and hard rock to a wider audience.
