Mood Swing
1984 Original in shrink with hype sticker. The album "Mood Swing" by the American post-punk band Nails was released in 1986, serving as the group's only full-length record. Emerging from the vibrant Los Angeles underground scene, Nails crafted their sound during a period that saw a flourishing of post-punk and alternative acts in Southern California. The band was fronted by Anna Block, whose intense vocals and expressive lyricism defined the album’s emotive edge. Recorded for the indie label Coyote Records, "Mood Swing" featured a blend of swirling guitars, driving basslines, and a sense of raw vulnerability that distinguished it from the more polished mainstream sounds of the time.
