It marked a departure from the more avant-garde sound of their previous albums, instead focusing on a more polished and sophisticated sound. The album features some of the band’s most well-known tracks, including “Street Life” and “Mother of Pearl”, as well as the hauntingly beautiful “A Song For Europe”. The album also features the iconic cover art, designed by renowned artist and frequent Roxy Music collaborator, Antony Price.
