1983 Original with inner sleeve. Kajagoogoo's debut album, "White Feathers," was released in 1983 and quickly became a defining statement of early 1980s British pop. Produced by Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran and Colin Thurston, the album emerged at the height of the New Romantic movement, blending synth-driven melodies with catchy hooks and the band’s distinctive image. Its lead single, "Too Shy," soared to number one on the UK Singles Chart and achieved success internationally, propelling the band into the pop spotlight. The album's other singles, such as "Ooh to Be Ah" and "Hang on Now," further showcased Kajagoogoo's penchant for infectious, danceable tracks with an emphasis on polished production.
